Access to The Athlete Development project website is voluntary. The user agrees to use the website, and the contents and services that it offers, in a diligent, correct and lawful manner, and to comply with the present general conditions, and any special notices or instructions for use contained in the same and the demands of good faith, exercising due diligence and abstaining from using the website in any way that could prevent, damage or deteriorate the normal operability of the site.
Intellectual Property
The text, images, logos, sounds, animations, videos, source codes and other contents included in the website are the property of The Athlete Development Project, or in certain cases it has the right to use and exploit the such content, and in such a regard, these are works protected by applicable national and international legislation regarding intellectual and industrial property as applicable at any time. Therefore, the total or partial exploitation of any of the content that appear on The Athlete Development project website, as well as any copying, reproduction, adaptation, modification or transformation of the content of the website is strictly forbidden unless this is with prior approval from The Athlete Development project.

The Athlete Development Project takes your data privacy seriously. This data privacy policy sets out the basis on which any personal information we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed.

Refund Policy
We are unable to offer any refunds once courses or spreadsheets have been purchased. Please ensure you are happy to proceed before confirming your purchase.
Black Friday Offers
Our Black Friday offer entitles the consumer to 15% off the full price of the course; Certificate in Growth and Maturation for Youth Athletes. The code BF15 can be added at the checkout where 15% will be deducted from the total price. This offer can not be used in conjunction with any other offers and is valid up until and including Sunday 29th November 2020.
New Year 2021 Competition
The Athlete Development Project competition requires twitter users to follow @theathlete_dp on Twitter and also retweet the competition tweet to be eligible for the prize draw. Everyone who does both will be placed into the prize draw which will be made on Monday 4th January at 8pm (GMT UTC+0). The first person drawn will win a coupon code to the value of the entire cost of the Certificate in Growth & Maturation for Youth Athletes. The second person drawn will win a coupon code to the value of 75% of the cost of the Certificate in Growth & Maturation for Youth Athletes. The third person drawn will win a coupon code to the value of 50% of the cost of the Certificate in Growth & Maturation for Youth Athletes. All coupons have a cash value of £0. Only 1 of each winning code will be issued, and these can only be used once each. The winners will be drawn at random using a random name selector app that is freely available. No persons attached to The Athlete Development Project are eligible for the competition and will not be entered into the draw (staff, course contributors, staff from external partners and associated companies).
